Anger broYoung Rog you in deep Kaka, young man.
Gotdayum whyd u throw it away like that
Mike Tyson once said if he wasn't fighting, he'd be a criminal.
People don't realize how much anger a lot of fighters actually have, it's part of why they get into this. Troubled backgrounds, trauma, emotional problems.
Angry kids going into boxing has always been a thing.
It's an outlet to transmute that raw rage into power and creativity.
There's a lot of fighters out there who can easily get just as angry. A lot.
The difference is they can control it. They've mastered their mind, emotions to a degree and know how to walk through that fire,
It also goes back to what Jon Jones said once, butterflies are information and you make them fly in formation. Basically using primal fear and turning it into a force you can use to empower your abilities as a fighter.
It's the same thing with anger or raw emotions. You are it's master, rather than it being yours.
I don't think Raja has ever learned any control. It seems like he's been bottling it up for a long time without any real outlet or understanding of the dangers of what he's holding.
But this is the ultimate wake up call. Hopefully it's the moment that inspires him to change his life.
A man who is ruled by anger is not yet a man.
