Rampage’s son beats a wrestler into a coma! At in indie wrestling event!

What is most pathetic about this ordeal is that the guy is clearly an utterly maladapted man-child, who has been bullied and belittled by his father throughout his life. I would be inclined to feel bad for him, given that intelligence is not one of his virtues. But he is a rich, spoilt vainglorious imbecile who represents everything warped about contemporary youth culture.

A twenty-five-year-old man acting like a teenage moron, asking for likes and clout on social media, then almost murdering a man. Because he is not a "bitch", he is "real" and he is "tired of being played with".

Even the use of that language should be cause of volcanic levels of cringe.

Are we even sure it was a prop can? When he picks it up he kind of shakes it to get a sense of if there is / how much liquid is in it
It was definitely a gimmicked can. Just get a regular can and squeeze it enough in the middle and it easily collapses with pressure. Even with some soda or beer left inside of it. Wasn't like he hit him over the head with a full unopened can of soda. That shit would hurt and do damage. Prowrestling is about NOT hurting the other person but giving off the perception that you DID. Raja is probably room temperature IQ.

Honestly, I have no clue about the prop can. My first thought is that I would be surprised if they had $23 cans sitting around, available for random spectacles, but then my second thought is they were "backstage" and getting ready, so it makes sense they'd have that kind of equipment with them.

Basically, I'm the last person to ask about this. I can't even pretend to know what I'm talking about on this subject.

All of this. Yes.

Did you mean to say it was a gimmicked can or not a gimmicked can? This comments makes more sense to me if you're saying it wasn't a gimmicked can.

Rampage's son probably thought he was just faking being KO'd by the slam because it's Pro-wrestlin.

Same thing with Rampage.

Lets say his son actually goes to prison.

Now he can rewatch himself tormenting his son for being a bitch to those wrestlers backstage which only made him more desperate to prove something.

Watching that and knowing the outcome can't feel great as the fucking dad...
In the video of his phone call to raja I didn't really get the impression that he was calling him a bitch for what happened with the wrestler. I just heard him making jokes about raja being around a bunch of dudes in tights. And also asking raja if he was ok, or if he needed to send some goons over there

It was a normal ass empty beer can, there aint all these special props just lying around small time rasslin shows like its freakin Pee Wee's Playhouse or some shit but there are plenty of empty beer cans all strewn about all over the place

These guys werent even getting paid $23 for this show, this isnt a magic show of illusion like people may think, I go to these shows all the time, it was a real empty simple ass lightweight aluminum beer can

I think that's something you'd see in a movie. It's 23 dollars a pop too. I don't think wrestlers would use such things. Not even top promotions like WWE. They probably just hit each other with actual cans because it's not really that big of a deal and they do much more dangerous stunts as it is

@Mr.Maelstrom - ya know in hindsight I'm kinda glad your sarcasm cruised over my barely awake brain this morning.

Our little "fuck his sponsorships" back and forth got me thinking about this, and had to go back and rewatch. Good times.

So i

So if somebody tells me I can beat somebody into a coma then I am completely absolved of all the responsibility of the action?

All of you defending this action are pathetic
If anything, this is just more legally damning for Raja, as it shows intent and planning.

He didnt say that to him ... every sensible person expects him to be arrested sooner or later. He's not getting off this.

This reminds me: when Rampage calls Raja after the assault and tells him Stu is flatlined, why does Raja call his father "Andrei"? It took me awhile to realize that was Rampage on the phone because of it.
