Well Matt Paradis was the highest rated center in the league this year who was drafted by Elway so there's that. And again, I have no idea why you're praising Reggie's ability to draft offensive linemen and shitting on Elway's when Reggie bought his line with the tons of cap space he's had to work with.
Either way, since Elway took over they've won five division titles, two conference championships, and one Super Bowl win.
Raiders haven't won a fucking thing.
I'm more than fine with Elway's production as GM, thanks.

And Penn gave up double digit sacks the year before he came to Oakland (hated that FA signing at the time). Still not a drafted talent but he saw something.
