All due respect, if that's the attitude of the team to fall apart because of one guy who isn't really a stud compared to Brady, Brees or Rodgers than we deserve to lose in the first round. This is a time for JDR to rally the team around McGloin and the rest of the Team. Get a speech motivator, Ice Cube, ThizzNation etc. to get the Team hyped for the playoffs plus what the Team did this season alone.

Our D played like shit early on but the RAIDERS still triumphed. We win the last regular season game and the first playoff game with McGloin, I hope to hear an apology up in this B..I..itch

If we get a bye and everything else works out perfectl then its slightly possible for McGloin to get us to the AFC championship but theres no way he beats the patriots
 
If we get a 15 year run of domination like the :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: ass patriots have then I'm sure we'll have the same kinda confidence that they do but right now I think its pretty fair to be distraught and miserable over our lost magic season
 
Fuck having a loser's mentality over this situation guys. Carr going down is a bitter pill to be sure but it's not over. We have one of the best O-lines in the NFL, a strong stable of RBs, MEJ is back and although Goodell is going to fuck us with Aldon the D is starting to be respectable, and we have a group of grown-ass men who didn't get to 12-3 because of one guy. If we fall short so be it but this is a team that's going to go down swinging so fuck the haters, Raider Nation forever dammit!!!

And wow, just fucking wow at @Foster and @Alex5124 showing up ITT to crow about a fucking injury. You guys need to keep your dicks tucked where they've been all season and have fun discussing who's going to be the next head coach of your sorry-ass teams at your next pajama party. Fuck off.

I'm usually the first or second to be up in here complaining etc. This year however the Team has risen from the dead. I for one am staying optimistic
 
I'm just glad Mcgloin has a week to adjust, run the ball, play solid defense, quick passes to the speedy receivers and throw up for grabs to Holmes and Walford, I won't give up on this team it's been too good of a season.
 
Hopefully the :eek::eek::eek::eek::eek::eek: ass broncos give us a Christmas present tonight and then McGloin gets a dress rehearsal next week and two weeks to practice before it matters
 
Mcgloin will be our Hostetler.
 
Best case scenario. McGloin takes us to a title then someone gives us a first rounder for him.
 
Alex, you would suck a bag of dirty dicks to get McGloin in a jet uniform
