"Gay and bisexual men make up the vast majority of new syphilis cases. In L.A. County, syphilis rates among African American women are six times higher than white women and three times higher than Latina women."

There are too many single mother homes and this is what happens. Spending more money on education won't solve this problem. Liberals have been doing this for decades and things have gotten worse.

No, genius, single mothers aren't telling them shit and obviously don't even have a handle on their own promiscuity, hence the knocked up out of wedlock. The same reason kids from single mothers are more likely to drop out of school, join a gang, get knocked up themselves, wind up poor, wind up in prison, and the myriad other things that show single mothers produce much more irresponsible children. They all fucking know what condoms are, and have just decided "it doesn't feel as good". They aren't irresponsible because they're poor, they're poor because they're irresponsible.
