On Tuesday, Darden Restaurants announced that 14 Bahama Breeze restaurants would close permanently across nine states and that the company would convert the remaining 14 locations into other Darden brand restaurants.

I don't know who Darden is, but I used to be fan of the restaurant. Haven't been to one in about ten years. So, I'll get over it.

Forgot all about this place. RIP! There is still apparently one up and running in my hometown according to the Google

This Bahama Breeze looks like a hook up spot for divorcees drinking cheap daiquiris.
You’re not wrong. That’s exactly what that place always felt like. Still, it wasn’t too bad. Made a pretty good crab and avocado stack appetizer

You could have a marg or two and then rent a jet ski right next door.

There's one in North Charleston near where I live. I've never been but my friends that went said it was pretty good.

Is it like Margaritaville?

The one here in Gainesville, fl shut down last year.

Used to all all u can drink mimosas.

if I am going to do a 90s family feedback style eatery, I'm going to Rainforest Cafe or a Chi-Chis.

I haven't thought of the rainforest Cafe in 30 years!

Overpriced food with quality on par with Olive Garden and many of the Bahama Breeze locations have major cleaning issues with many receiving health code violations.
