Man,
That was really bad. Olivera seemed ready to tap before they even rolled over. I love the sport, but that looked suspect. Thoughts?

Good thing yer not a ref. He got his arse whooped. Was kinda quick tho

Well, it was really looking like he had no faith he could win the fight, was only there for the payday and to have fun. I just think it was tight and he couldn't get out. That was some quick transtion.

Nope. Triangle was locked up, feet were flexed, shoulder was against the neck, and most important Cerrone's hips were up off the ground. Tight triangle, even without the arm across or the angle.

It's a FIGHT for crying out loud!

Try to Rampage the dude, or SOMETHING!!!

Real Fighting>MMA

Even been caught in a tight triangle? Doesn't long for you to know that you're going out. I can only imagine how bad it must be when someone like Cowboy has it locked on you.

Cerrone has a great triangle and that was very tight right away. He tapped cause he knew he wouldnt get out.

that wasn't a fast tap, it was an accurate tap. props to both cowboys.

OP, a triangle just doesn't get any better than that. Have your blood flow and oxygen cut off that perfectly and then come back to the table. He could have passed out for sure but he wasn't getting out of that...

I triangled myself once, but I didn't tap.

Yea we know he would have been a hero if he had just went to sleep but instead he knew the choke was locked in deep and he had no way of escaping so he tapped, now sherdog casual clingers are on horseback demanding his head, what a joke

I get the technical aspects, but bro, that arm was cocked to tap before they even rolled over. Course, with a good triangle guy, it settles in within seconds

Yeah, I've been caught in a triangle, brah. I'm also not a professional fighter. I xpect more, and regardless of the technical mastery by Cerrone, that shit should of taken longer. Takes between 7-9 seconds to go out,. That went like 1.
