Questions about Romulo's in Northridge...

Hey Ill be moving to northridge next semester and Im hoping to start at romulos: Gracie Barra Northridge.
I have just a few questions:
1) what does the daily routine look like? I looked at the schedual, but can i have a basic description of the competition or advanced classes?
2) do you guys start rolling standing up?
3)how often is Romulo there?

3. Hes pretty much always there.
2. From the knees every time I have trained. Im sure there is stand up training as well, but like most academies, it starts from the knees as a general rule.

Full disclosure, I have only been to his new gym 2 times or so. I trained more with him when he was in between gyms out of that personal fitness place more often
