ACL tears do not heal on their own. You either choose to live with it or undergo surgery and 5 or more months of rehab. When was Conor's surgery?

The guy is full of it and the nutthuggers buy in, he never had the injury he just needed an excuse to explain why Mendes took him down so easily. Conor will never make beat Rory or Khabib, but the UFC will keep him from them as long as possible.

Meanwhile, RDA clearly has a fractured foot and has provided x-rays. But Conor calls him out. Can't wait until he has a real injury and we can see if he really is "any time any place"

Wow, you are butthurt.
You expect fighters to produce to you an MRI or CT Scan anytime they get hurt?
If Mystic Mac sent you a picture of his knee, would it make you feel better?
What about if RDA, if he sent you a picture of his broken vagina?

I'm not a doctor but I thought it only doesn't heal if you completely tear it into separate pieces? Someone else should chime in.

But here's his trainer:

"
Kavanagh reiterated that the knee is now fully healed and that no surgery was required. He admitted that McGregor's lack of wrestling practice in training was noticeable early in the fight, but with a proper camp behind him, a rematch against Mendes would play out very differently for both fighters.

"I think his timing on the sprawl wasn't quite there. It started getting better as the fight went on, but do I think a rematch would be different? Yes, for both of them."

Kavanagh added that when Aldo pulled out of the event with a rib injury, he thought about doing likewise for McGregor, but knew that the Notorious would never agree to it.

"When Aldo pulled out I thought maybe this is a good opportunity for us to pull out, but there was certainly no way Conor was having any of that."

It was nonsense.

After the Mendes fight even Kavanagh said Conor's knee had healed back to 100% two full weeks prior to that fight and that he had zero issues with it during the fight.

So according to Kavanagh Conor was completely healthy when he fought Mendes and had been for two weeks.

They were claiming 80% tear, there is zero chance a tear like that healed in the time frame given. Was his knee hurt? Maybe, but it was no 80% tear.

Hahaha you're so funny did you come with that quote all on your on?

What a good job!

Good job little boy.

I tore my ACL and could not apply any amount of pressure on my knee for weeks, even now, three years on, it still gives way at times.

There is no way he tore his ACL in the Holloway fight. He may have damaged it, but he didn't tear it. And I don't care if he was on the floor for the majority of the time after tearing it, literally pushing your toes against the canvas would cause a rush of unbearable burning pain up your leg.

from what i can gather he went to europe to get some sort of procedure to help heal it.

Of course Conor was exaggerating.

There is no such thing as an 80% tear. It's either 50% or less = partial tear, or 50% or more = full tear.

And if Conor was dx'ed as a 'full tear' there's no way in hell he would've been fighting.

I accept that he had an injury, but "80% tear" sounds like he hurt his knee a little bit, and mostly broke his vagina.

Conor ko'd Aldo with no acl, yet RDA quits the fight when he bumps his toe.

Camps play alot of mind games and deception with the media when fighters get injured.

Can't give the other fighters advantages.

torn ligament and sprain are synonymous in medicine.

But in common usage a "tear" would be a third degree sprain where the ligament is completely torn. They won't heal on their own. So he could have had a sprain, but it's misleading to call it a tear to the general public.

Ligaments do not heal on their own, whether partially torn or fully torn. Partially torn tendons can heal in time, but not ligaments.
I have had 5 ACL surgeries (skiing). A partially torn ligament is always partially torn, until you completely tear it. A fully torn ligament requires surgery, like a fully torn tendon.
After many surgeries, I am kind of an expert on injuring myself and what is required to fix that injury. My surgeon's name is Dr. Ferrari, because I think I bought him one. Best knee surgeon in Colorado.

Woa you are an idiot

Obviously it was just a bruised knee. I hear ice works wonders.

Cured it with ice and vagisil.
