It absolutely would here, but I don't know your market. It depends on how well staffed your department is and what their priorities are. Our zoning department is bombarded with building permits, complaints from citizens, zoning issues, etc. Making sure someone has a septic is very low priority and not really monitored. But again - that's why I asked if someone notified the department of your sale with no septic. I would assume that would have to happen for them to be able to even try to monitor it. And on top of that, when you do it, were you instructed to inform the zoning board?
