Just a question regarding the size of avatars now 100x100 pixels is more then fine
but why is it only 10KB in file size??

Probally been asked before
but its hard to get a avatar under 10KB

Doing away with the "Who's Online" section on the main page would probably way more offset the bandwidth of increased avatars and take a load of the database as well.
