I haven't been this excited about wrestling in a long time. Wreck everything and leave Roman was so jarring and suddenly a return to the real business of wrestling I knew it was gonna set a precident that would change everything. I love all the changes WWE is making. They paid attn to the numbers and it's obvious a bunch of changes needed to come. WWE has really made a lot of quality moves and I couldnt be more excited about incoming names. I want the goddamn business back. I want real wrestling not fucking flips for flips sakes. I want a roster that makes fucking sense, and can cooperate with one another a create an element of believability in the ring, not an array of midgets who the real investments lose credibility to having life and death matches with. I dont want to see people who look like me, no body gives a shit about jungle boy or marko stunt, we all know in real life Rick Steiner would kill Jack Perry dead in 15 seconds, I'm so sick of average Joe's on my damn screen. It looks ridiculous. Vince probably sees all this money that could be applied to big money contracts for grooming and wooing ideal talent that is being wasted on guys who dont fit his product at all. I cannot Express enough how glad I am they are just going for it.
Think about it.
Braun (not over, and only one on list possibly could be reversed any time soon, but let's not ruin. a good thing)
Wyatt (fat/make believe)
Dain (fat)
Reed (fat)
Tucker (an unimpressive physique, let's be honest, it was expectes)
Aleister (did not fit)
Fish (44 yrs old and small)
The rest of them (I cant even remember any of them already)
I'm already more excited about guys who have been signed by not yet revealed than any of them. Plus, the idea that the WWE might have more of a real developmental system can only mean more hyped signings. People wanted to talk these cuts and talk about WWEs budget, well A) you need a bigger budget for a true dream roster and B) you need a cohesive product. Not a chimera of clashing universes and senses of continuity. You cant have a stain like the Fiend on a show like Friday night smackdown anymore. Its embarrassing.
