I put my shit through x-rays but didn’t show ID. At a major hub airport.

Tomorrow I’m flying to court to imaginary ex’s and last ex’s current address on imaginary ex’s birthday. I’ve been to that airport more times than any other apart from Warsaw airport for job and personal reasons.

If you think of Poland being this sort of backward shithole - this regional airport looks like a little spaceport. You go through in five minutes. I hate fucking going because it’s a waste of time and money but it’s relatively painless.

Stansted airport in the UK, second or third most important in the country, looks like a refugee camp from how the world is going to end in 2045 from a 1980s movie including dogs, machine guns, people sleeping in corners, some fucker making me put a leg in an x ray machine, I wouldn’t give the Burger King to my neighbors dog, crapper had a dude asleep in it...

Or the old chestnut - he lunged for a gun and it went off in the struggle. Fell into the wood chipper next to the interrogation room during the fight.

Also the consulate is TURKISH soil. You have no right to interrogate somebody as if he was in Riyadh. That US Marine can shoot the man going over the embassy gate not because he’s entering the US but because he’s protecting the inviolability of that part of terrain.
