Theres a new promotion in LA that decided to make Vinces dreams come true and get rid of the ring
Every fight takes place in a bar, its like a pro wrestling version of that play Tonys And Tinas Wedding

Local punk-rock promoter Suburban Fight entered the grappling game with their first wrestling event on Sunday, Feb. 25. Staging their matches at Resident in the downtown Arts District, the organizers of the show immediately established it by changing the formula and doing away with a standard of pro wrestling dating back more than 100 years to the art form's origins: the ring.

Instead, the battles on a Suburban Fight Pro Wrestling show are staged bar-fight style. Resident is a fairly small music venue/bar, with a capacity of about 200 people. With wrestlers brawling all over the bar from front to back, there is little room for attendees to stay out of the way of the body slams, airplane spins and flying chairs that fill the room. At times when the action gets especially heated, the environment resembles a mosh pit more than a traditional pro wrestling show. The only respite from the action is when local hardcore bands play short sets between matches.

That actually looks kinda cool.

I agree but I could also see the gimmick getting old quick and then you gotta get more and more extreme with each show which is how you end up with backyard bloodfest diving off the roof bullshit

If it was local I'd definitely check out a show though

Loved Dokken back in the day. Doesn't hold up as well as some from the era.
George Lynch is one of the best guitar players from the era but the rest of the band just wasn't as talented as him so most of their songs sound exactly the same.

Little things like this is why the MMC is great

So...DDT without any of the fun?

I'm working my way through Boardwalk Empire at the moment. Just started season 3 last night. It's wonderful. Up there with Oz, The Wire and The Sopranos for me. Will probably give Deadwood a go once I make it through.
Sadly it never gets remotely close to the level of season 2, especially the ending. All three ending seasons get worse than the last in oddly different ways.

Don't know what a "walkbehinder" is, but that guy is a moron.

And Cody is right, she is the best thing to happen to him. Completely married above his paygrade.

the fact that moran is on twitter spouting racist bullshit exposes his IQ

hopefully his future employer (lol at being presently employed) sees that shit

Brandy is legit one of the most beautiful women I ever seen
Shes obviously gorgeous in pics but when I saw her up close at the Cow Palace I was stunned at how lovely and perfect her face meat is

Speaking of the Cow Palace this was a class move by Markus(APW) and Gabe(PWR)
They looked out for the local fans by helping give us a huge show from NJPW and they helped themselves because thir King Of The Indies tournament just got so much bigger
Me and @lordsai cant wait!!

And the beginning of the Austin era too.

@The Higher Power I havent watched it yet but it looks like it could be good
I was disappointed in Brother Brucies timeline episode though, its like he was trying to save all the good stories for his podcast
