That's a shame. My gym crush hits the squats.

GF has gone mad about getting a big ass and is working out 2-3 hours a day at my home gym/bedroom... That’s better than her getting ass implants... which she was talking about before I told her that she’s got everything she needs in my gym and unlike titties and dicks, you can get big through hard work.

Any tips for her? Thing is, she wants a muscle ass with low fat. I told her to do squats but she doesn’t seem to want to.

Edit: she does ‘squats’ but without weights or some bullshit with holding a weight in front of her. She works out like 3x more than me including the yoga I do.

If they want the 3 hours+ from tv revenue from RAW, they need to make real Raw 2hrs to ensure a tight, watchable show and then air a classic RAW, or WWF 80s show etc in the 3rd hour. Classic programming will still get good ratings, and real RAW will be less boring.

That simulates a front barbell squat. If she’s gonna do this, I would recommend varying how she holds the dumbbell for different weight distribution (in front vs plies vs clutched to chest)

I would recommend plies.
she needs to elevate her feet and hold the dumbbell with her arms down so it dips below her knees as low as she can go.

Like this jackass but see how he only moves about 35 degrees because he’s a moron?



If he was standing on two dumbbells for example he would go lower but there’s definitely more durable things to stand on like two crates or two boxes shoulder width apart.

Also kickbacks, glute raises, Romanian deadlift are good.

And some goddamn barbell squats!
 
Basically all legs exercises lol

Have her do em all and split her days in like quads and hams/glutes or something
