I was just reading up on the history the other day. Vince took a lot of convincing, said no a bunch of times, but then decided to give it a chance for that cable special they were doing, which turned out to be the 1988 Rumble. Whatever I was reading also said that they did a Rumble at a house show before that and One Man Gang won.

This Royal Rumble would be my favorite of all time

If he comes out in his 2001 attire I might look the other way.
