Punk didn't want to put in the work to be a top anything. Besides he was already looking for a way out. Just wanted to main event mania for his bucket list and retire. He lobbied for it for two years and quit. Said so himself.

Put in the work for every feud he was in. And yeah by this time he had probably become Dolph Ziggler. But if he was to go over Taker, perhaps he would have been more inclined to stay around. Because the main reason he was disgruntled was the fact that he believed that the front office had no faith in him. ( which was true, they squashed his push not once but twice )

what's funny about that is they are asking for prayers from who every they believe in that probably brought whatever bad thing happened to them . they always say he or it has a plans for them so i think asking for prayers wouldn't do jack shit tho

Hmm top. It's not like Taker or Brock did any tv morning stations or make a wish. Punk put the work in the murderous schedule, sold merch, put butts in seats. He just doesn't like people like Brock.
