Majority of protein powders have a small amount in but you can buy it alone also to add more to your shakes if needed, only need about 5g after workout. Or you can get it flavoured and make a bottle full up with water and sip it throughout the workout. Helps muscle growth and also if your losing weight helps keep muscle instead of burning it off. @Minotauro Rex Thats about the jist of it right?

According to Billi Bhatti and dirtysheets.net, WWE wants to do The Undertaker vs. John Cena at this year’s Survivor Series in Houston, Texas. Reigns vs. Cena was moved to No Mercy, due to Cena being unavailable for TLC and Survivor Series because of his filming schedule. The site claims that WWE has a commitment from Undertaker to face Cena at the show. They also add that if John Cena gets permission from the producers of the Bumblebee movie, that The Undertaker will be present at the upcoming No Mercy PPV, and will be involved in the Reigns vs. Cena match. Finally, the site says that the WWE sees the likelihood of putting this match together as less than 50-50, but last year, felt that there was less than a 10% chance of getting Goldberg vs. Lesnar booked.
