I like to go out hiking and I go for long ones too but any amount of health benefit is probably overturned by the painkillers I took and cigarettes and weed I smoked. Still a good time though and I can go forever and got the legs to prove it. I usually know its time to come home because my ears can no longer tolerate my headphones.

Im not sure what kinda exercise that is though
