@Minotauro Rex where does BJJ fit in the poll? Aerobic most likely but aerobic is normally associated with fake sports like running or bicycle riding.

Would sitting in your house jacking off for 96 hours straight on a crystal meth binge be considered aerobic or anaerobic?

I'd consider that more combat sports training, I just meant exercises for general health.

Ah. Then I vote anerobic. I don't lift anymore since it hurt my back too much to do combat sports AND lift, both multiple times a week. But up till 2015 I was a swole bro.

@Minotauro Rex I found this at the used bookstore for $2 yesterday.

They had a copy of the Arnold "Encyclopedia of Body Building" from 1985 but I already have a copy so I didn't get that. I didn't really need this one but figured it should go in my library anyway for historical purposes.

You may be cool but you'll never be Ricochet and Teddy Hart holding a $5,000 purebred cat cool

Sweet, I would bought it too just to have.

I got a hold of Arnold's book when I was 11 and that got me into lifting. That book is awesome. Arnold is the GOAT.

I don't consider it hot potatoing, I see it more as two teams on the top of their game trading wins.

Yeah I got the Arnold book when I was like 20 and lived by it for years. I'd pay 10x the sticker price for it.

I should go back and get the Arnold book for $2 more and give it to some random manlet to change his life.

Arnold was smart too, he emphasized the big compound barbell movements and that should be a main part of your training.

The first lifting book I read as a teen was by LL Cool J
