Did Bret invent the shoulder carry belt position?

I hope that this dumbass doesn't watch any Attitude Era stuff on the Network otherwise he'll see Austin as champ throwing his belt all over the place during an entrance.

I was trying to find a gif of Austin throwing the belt around but surprisingly I couldn't find one. I remember him tossing that thing every when I watched him growing up. I thought it was cool and fit his character.

My little guy does TKD. I think he's a little young for BJJ or anything where he could accidentally hurt someone or get hurt like that, so I'm really just looking for him to get some coordination and discipline skills from this. I'm not sure how young the BJJ classes start. He takes TKD where I train, which is a plus. One of the TKD instructors is a BJJ purple belt that I train with.

The BJJ little Warrior did had almost zero chance of harm. Hip escape, rolls, and general gymnastics, not chokes or arm bars :)

TKD is cool. Judo is cool. But not fucking Aikido.

Edit: Need to take gf to BJJ class. Maybe that will calm her ass down.

That's one reason he made the Smoking Skull belt (without Vince's permission) because he kept cracking the main plate on the original Attitude Era belt that was on the blue strap.

Austin slinging the belt around fit his character but I do miss the days of wrestlers actually treating it well. I loved when Bret would carefully fold it and hand it to the ref (even the IC title).

No, the theory behind it was that wrestlers would carry the belt on their shoulder during promos so when the camera goes in closer, the belt is still in shot with their face.

That may be, but if he defends that he's also a hypocrite. He shit on Nash for carrying the belt like that.

This is Trump's America aka Trump's world you can be a hypocrite if you want and still achieve greatness really great things, I'm telling you.

Watching parks n rec while doing my hour long conditioning really makes time fly by. I should of been doing this years ago...

Fold, kiss, hand over.

10:07 since it didn't time stamp it.

That's because Nash would drag it on the ground. Even Hall would wear his belt.

Same here, Bret was my favorite when I was really young. It was still real to me back then damn it!

My one fantasy league has a championship belt this year for the trophy. You better believe I will carry that Bitch on my shoulder or wear it around my waist every chance that I get if I win.
