After highschool I took a six month course in construction and went straight to northern mining camps when they were expanding and stayed in for 5 weeks in and 1 week out instead of the regular 4 and 2 so I could an extra week at time and a half for two full years, got double time during winter because it was more dangerous and not to many people stayed.

Was making six figures a year doing that, it was low six figures but enough to pay for a house and a big ass truck.

Been coasting on 6 months a year working and the rest collecting E.I ever since.
 
So if you're 5'9 and a half is it safe to round up. . Asking for a friend .

I never should have paid mine off it ended up being one of the worst decisions I ever made. My mom died I came into some money and had a little saved and I paid it off.

It was in the ghetto. I had some hardships and couldnt afford to move and ended up stuck there. At the time I thought it was a good move oh rent free itll be great and I was really shook about security and what my future held. Ya live and you learn. I should have just got an apartment somewhere a lil less shitty continued to save and actually moved somewhere worth a fuck at like 27 28. I still made it out it just took a really long time.

Median place for something worth living in around here runs $500,000+. It sucks because very few banks seem to want to give loans to people in their 20's without someone going guarantor, unless you've got a good sized deposit.

When I moved back to my hometown I paid 50 grand to build a foundation and the government paid for the rest.

That's how it is in the Bay Area where I'm from. I have a VA loan though that I'm about to cash in on soon.
