Daniel Bryan — New Women’s Title Is Coming To SmackDown Live (VIDEO)

The WWE will soon have TWO Women’s Championships … but according to GM Daniel Bryan, the new belt won’t be rushed onto SmackDown Live quite yet.


Bryan was interviewed by the Bear Hug It Out podcast this week and when asked about the Universal Championship being announced on RAW, the “Yes!” Movement leader was very open.

“It’s great to have the only REAL world championship.” Daniel added, “I’m not against them creating the title. We are gonna do that for the women for SmackDown Live. But, we are taking our time with it to make sure that we do it right.”

I forgot to note that it was good to see Charlotte get a win with a not quite real finisher. They need more of that to make those moves seem legit. Even if a man shouldn't be fighting a woman like that in the first place.
