I'm psyched to see Cesaro back, and even more happy to see him in the title picture. Even if it was for one night, it's a good sign.Reading some of last night's response is kinda baffle.
Cesaro came back. And not a lot of people were high on it. Remind me again, am I suppose to enjoy the show and "happy that someone have a job" or that I can actually like the part I like and dislike the part that's not? Seems rather inconsistent to bitch about people being assine neckbeard and then turned around to be a neckbeard, just without the title. Double standard much?
And as other people pointed out, the logic of AJ Styles lost in the WrestleMania and then get a number 1 contender spot the next night is 50-50 booking at its best. He pinned Jericho after a move that Jericho kicked out last night too. Again, consistency, where it is? People bitches about 50/50 booking but now it is ok because "muh WrestleMania moment" is over?
Also, the Usos vs The Dudleys' Table Match. Am I the only one remember that you weren't supposed to lose in a Table match if you missed your high flying move? Having them lost by that way is anti climatic.
Why the Vaudevillains debuting on Raw too, btw? Sounds a little bit off but that's probably the best foreshadowing WWE has done in years. Tag team divisions need some fresh blood and here it is, seemingly already on the way of the Superstar and Main Event.
Oh wait, gotta be happy now that someone got a spot on the main roster!
He's coming off of shoulder surgery. I'll give him a pass.Cesaro lose some mass?
Still probably stronger than 90% of the roster. The guy is an animal. He's coming off of shoulder surgery. I'll give him a pass.

Yeah, I'm still not ok with AJ taking that loss even if he does get a title shot. It wasn't the reason he got the shot and it's kind of stalling any momentum he has. Good to know Jericho is still a threat, but how many more feuds does he have left? What I'm curious about is how they are going to do AJ vs Reigns. The WWE is firmly against face vs face matches. They aren't going to get the crowd to boo AJ, certainly not against Roman. So are they forced to turn Reigns heel? There's a few ways they can play this, and honestly every way should be very interesting whether it's the right or wrong way. I think the fans are on the precipice of a revolt and the WWE has to listen soon. They could turn lemons in to lemonade and use the heat to make a great story.
The tables match was a botch, that one seemed to be cursed before it began. It probably ended up helping the debut of Enzo and Cass.
The Vaudevillains never had a chance on the main roster. Hopefully they get a cool entrance at least.
I'm a huge Jericho fan but I have to say there's something about him right now that just doesn't click in me. It just doesn't feel like anything is on the line in his matches. It is kinda hard to get through the logic, really. Maybe Cesaro can be pawn off to put Jericho to rest finally, and Owens can get on with his programs vs Sami. They really should make Cesaro and emphasize his freakish strength rather than tell him to cut promos and shit. Whatever happen to "minimize the negative and accentuate the positive"? It is like everyone must put through a very rigid system and there's no way to deviate from it.
Jericho should just take a permanent vacation, full stop.
AJ might be the one going to fight Roman next but like you said, it is strange situation that AJ gets the title shot but it smell like they are feeding AJ to Roman instead of elevating a talent.
But I'm sure someone will tell me off that I should just enjoy the show and be happy that someone had a job. Not the guys he hate though. Strange how that works.
By the way, why did Shane manage to run Raw right after he lost his HIAC match again? Smell like another cop out to me. That's a glaring flaw if anything.
The New Day are the perfect example of giving creative control to wrestlers can be a good thing.

I remember I read somewhere on here or /woo/, where someone propose an idea to repackage Cesaro as a "professional", with suit and everything. Glad to hear that someone had the same idea too.
It was me Austin!
I posted it on squared circle too.
Just an easy gimmick.
Give him suits, nice cars. Make him the bad ass that takes no shit but can go to the highest bidder at times too.
Easy can become a corporate champ going that route too.
Dude just looks the part and his in ring style supports. He won't need to talk much. Hell get him a valet like askana again but make it so she manages his bookings and what not..saying who hell fight for, what price etc
