If you could sleep on your back you wouldn't be getting sleep paralysis. Weed works great for mellowing out and shutting down your mind but the more often you smoke the less it works. You need to burn off energy but more importantly you need to get off your ass and get stuff done during the day. Work, chores, whatever. Much easier to sleep knowing you accomplished something that day.

Work, chores, burn energy is all things I've done(hard to believe) but there's a lot more to sleep paralysis then that. It's not like everybody who has it, is some lazy bum. I've actually only been isolated for two years now but had sleep paralysis for over 10 years now... So its completely unrelated.
