I know Sting lost to HHH at WM but even Hogan and Brock lost their first match back in WWE
and both became world champs later
hmmmm.....
I think someone needs to tell creative that the goal of the opening to the show should make you want to watch the rest of it. Not gouge your eyes out with chopsticks.
It's the little things that matter.
If these fools are still confused why ratings are in the toilet, look no further than that opening segment. Pretty much magnifies all the problems with the show. Undefinable characters, long winded heatless promos, embarrassing behaviour that makes you feel like a fucking idiot for watching the show, etc. Yeah, real mystery as to why more and more people are tuning out.
do you guys remember that time Bubba got pissed and narced on us when we invaded the Rustle forum. Play nice bubba
NIKKI BELLA BREAKS THE RECORD! What a beautiful day in WWE history!
Jim Ross will be happy to have a hell champion win by cheating. I realize that with basically no rules in pro-wrestling it's hard to cheat, and with the women apparently not being allowed/able to foul their opponents (no low blows, no eye pokes, ect) it limits the options, but was the twin switch even mildly believable? I'm picturing the two of them with different bodies and different coloured hair wearing completely different ring gear and the whole thing still being replayed several times while commentators slowly explain it ("right there, you can see them switch!").
