Look,, I love Ric, but he does come off as a bit of a bitch with all his complaining. He didn't want the US title? He isn't world champ level and had that was about the best he could expect on the main roster. He is correct that going to the main roster wasn't a good thing for him though.

Glad he's in AEW now and able to do more and be a bigger part of the show. He's just a much better fit there.

I think Ciampa is also a better fit there. Johnny G should join him.

You must not watch ANY Smackdown then. The US open challenge has been one of the best things going for months now. Melo is the current champ with banger after banger, and he got it from Ilja who was having even better bangers every match since he won it from Sami.

If by better fit you mean AEW letting their wrestlers have more of a say in their creative(which can be hit or miss) then yes. But Ricochet got over in AEW by showing more character and being an obnoxious heel. When he first got to AEW he was just his old boring WWE persona. It wasnt like he magically just got over being the same wrestler he was in WWE by switching to AEW. AEW fans like workrate but you still need to be entertaining. Its not like any small wrestler with good work rate but boring character just automatically gets over there or gets a push.
