So tonight I went back to the strength and conditioning class I went to before my knees wore out. Kind of overdid it. Passed out in the car on the way home (I wasn't driving) and woke up covered in puke. Managed to get through a shower and collapsed on the couch. I got to see most of Raw,even though I basically couldn't move.

Good tag match. Thought I saw some abs peeking through on Iyo, which almost put me out again. Not the time to have my blood flow diverted.

Shame about Maxxine. I get that her honeymoon is coming up, but the belt added a lot to her and Becky doesn't need it. Wonder why they didn't just wait to put the belt on her when she got back.

Stephanie Vaquer needs to make some friends.

Punk finally has a good title defense. Now let Bron win the Chamber and crown him at Mania.

Sage advice. Unfortunately, I sometimes don't see the line until after I've crossed it. Even when I was at peak condition with a full health bar, I'd end up having some rough evenings after training.

But I will try to dial it back tonight.
