I remember being legit shocked when I found out that American soldiers actually died in the Gulf War because of the bloodless way it was presented to us on the television, they really made it seem like there were zero American casualties and I remember quite vividly that some of the talking heads actually said that very thing on the Sunday morning talk shows back then

Also, member Whitney Houston at the Red, White & Blue Super Bowl, what a gorgeous affair that was with all that dazzling American patriotism as far as the eye can see

And it was totally 100% lucky coincidence that the two teams playing both used Red, White & Blue in their football costumes and were named after the birth of this country(The Patriots) and represented the biggest most important representative of American capitalism(New York City Football Giants)
