AAA's biggest gate ever, and I'm gonna guess they were their highest ticket prices ever.

Dave also talked about Clash In Paris being far from a sell out, but it will still end up being the 3rd or 4th largest gate in European history for WWE.

Milking fans dry ain't a good thing.

However, I think WWE bringing eyeballs to AAA is a good thing for them. Hell, they are the only reason I've seen a full AAA card ever.

I'd agree if it was actually a AAA product that was getting eyeballs on it. It's just another WWE brand now. Remember ECW on Sci-Fi? ECW never had more eyeballs on it then after WWE owned it and had a WWE produced weekly ECW show taped before Smackdown every week.

What we as fans got out of that was things like ECW World Champion Durag Vince McMahon, the only ECW PPV with an Elimination Chamber won by WWE guy Bobby Lashley beating WWE guys ECW World Champion Big Show, Test, and Bob Holly.

I'm sure AAA as a brand will do amazing financially because WWE in and of itself will draw people and I'm sure the 13 AAA wrestlers they actually kept on contract will benefit financially, but it ain't AAA getting eyeballs, it's just another WWE show getting eyeballs. The first full AAA card ever that you ever watched was filled with the majority of it being WWE main roster wrestlers.

I always have a weird experience any time I go to the DMV here in the Bay Area. Ran into Cung Le at the Los Gatos DMV a few days after he KO'd Rich Franklin. He looked irritated as fuck to be there so I let him be, I can't imagine anybody wants to deal with fans at the DMV lol.
