Meltzer bringing the heat in this Hogan obit including the truth about the the "Hiro Matsuda broke my leg on the first day of training" nonsense, B Brian Blair, who was there in training at the same time, wrestled against Hogan in his first matches, and remained friends with Hogan til the day he died says it was just an accidental sprained ankle LoL
He also lays out a pretty good case for the "Vince Sr fired me over Rocky 3" story, which I never believed anyways, also being another Hogan tall tale because Hogan's booking before he left New York is the standard "going down the card and losing around the loop" booking that always happened when a top bad guy was finishing up in New York to head off to another territory so there was no reason to fire him suddenly since he was already on his way out
But then Dave also says Hogans theme song from 1984 to 1992 was called American Made, LoL, you were doing so good there for a minute...
