Naked Gun was way better than I expected, admittedly I went in with extremely low expectations even after the glowing reviews, but it was a solid chuckle fest with a few blurt laugh out loud moments

Nothing can stand up to the original but Liam Neesom did a solid job playing the pseudo-straight man and Paul Walter Houser was good as his bumbling sidekick

What made it so good was the rapid fire nonstop joke after joke after joke, every single line was a laugh line so even if it was a dud, and there were plenty of those, it only had 3 seconds to marinate before the next punchline can firing out, it was a numbers game, quantity over quality, and enough of them were funny enough to keep you engaged

Lots of dumb slapstick comedic action and the standard side characters that you would expect in a Naked Gun style movie, Pamela Anderson was really good as the dame in the detective's office

Part of the movie took place at the big WWFC cage fighting spectacular so there were several MMA-ers in there and Dave Batista had a cameo too

One of the first names in the credits was Cody Rhodes but I have no idea where he was in the movie cause I didnt see him at all, gonna have to look into that

The final big shootout was pretty dang funny

The black lady was great as the stereotypical angry black commissioner and the coffee gag all film long was cracking me up

The worst part was the Busta Rhymes scene, big surprise there @Stargazer Rex

The post credits scene was really funny

I knew something was going on with Brock from the posts I saw in here this morning before I left to the movies but holy moley, I didnt realize WWE actually brought him back into the fold last night, talk about a frickin' shocker LoL

Are their Netflix numbers not doing good or something, thats not rhetorical, I really dont know

I know there appears to be another cultural re-shift going on in society right now but thats still a pretty hot and spicy can of worms that theyre opening up here and they obviously dont need him to boost their live event business, which appears to be doing boffo at the box office, so I just wonder why they would purposely throw themselves right back into the middle of the Vince sex allegations for no reason other than just to do it
