i wish Hogan used the Axe Bomber as his finisher. looked way more legit than the leg drop and he'd have saved his back

I hated Hogan's politics, obviously.

As to his moral character, he was an inveterate liar, a racist, a selfish prick, and a scumbag backstabber.

I especially despise how he dimed on Jesse Ventura to Vince when Jesse was trying to start a wrestlers' union.

That being said, nWo era Hollywood Hogan was the greatest heel in wrestling history.

The man was undeniable as a performer.

RIP Terry Bologna. May you, like all of us, receive more mercy than you deserve.

Pro wrestlers in a union is laughable, they couldn’t even be trusted with health insurance.

Lloyds of London banned them all because they got worked out of millions by the Minnesota crew in the early 90s.

A union would make them even more corrupt than peak Teamsters.

All those whiny nerds calling this gimmick racist but the Mexican audience are eating this shit up, look at people having fun instead of having a stick up their ass looking for shit to bitch about.

Happy Gilmore 2 was ok, definitely the best Sandler Netflix movie, low bar tbh.

Relied heavily on nostalgia and callbacks too much and Sandler is now one of THOSE parents who put their kids in all their movies now.

That's relatable. I had to quit buying chips at all cause I legit can't close the bag. The moment that bag is opened, every damn chip in that bag is gonna be destroyed!

You are a 6'5" titan/sherdogger. You need your calories, Beeg. CMC is a damn 5'9"manlet! He doesnt need all that!

Chelsea is shoot dumb. Shes entertaining on TV but whenever she shares whats going on in her head it always ends like that.

Yeah, she missed the point. Not many people praised the man's character, but you're allowed to recognize the contributions he made to the industry and express sympathy for his family without going into any of his controversies.

I think @sleepwalk said it well - I don't know Terry Bollea and I don't want to.

I know Hulk Hogan. Hulk gave me hope as a kid. I had a pretty messed up childhood. Mom on meth, poor, violence, abused, etc. But when I saw Hulk Hogan on TV none of that shit mattered. I was inspired. The good guys can and do win. Take your vitamins and say your prayers is something I still do to this day. I put down the bottle and picked up the weights again after not lifting for years. Hulk had a big part to play in me getting into lifting in the first place. He motivated thousands if not millions of kids like that. The good you do in this world just doesnt dissappear because of the bad.

All major sports have unions. Actors have a union.

Regardless, whether or not you think it would have gone well, it was a scummy move to stooge out Jesse to Vince over it.

This is a true statement, Dave's not throwing any shade here, Hogan did not save wrestling

He changed it forever, helped the WWF go national and mainstream, made it more recognizable and helped usher in one of the most lucrative boom periods in history for one single promotion but no, he did not save anything
