They better not think for a single Goddamn second that Ol' Roll is calling the historical Atlanta International Raceway, Echo Park

Want to hear an epic fail in my life? I almost bought a condo near Echo Park in 2013. Similar condos in that area right now are going for double than what I would've paid in 2013.

Instead I got anxiety, stayed in Phoenix, and have been paying rent at the same house since then paying someone else's mortgage.

Woke up this morning at 355, was down to 337 but then I bubbled back up to 367 and now Im headed back down, hopefully

Id wait a bit to get on and keep working on the your weight loss. Testosterone will convert to estrogen and when you have a lot of fat mass it converts more. So the more fat you have the more your estrogen will rise. The problem with all that is high estrogen will make you feel like poop which would defeat the purpose of getting on testosterone. Being heavy makes is super hard to dial in your estrogen. High estrogen sucks ass. Make you emotional, crave sweets, more water retention, limp dick etc. They have these pills called aromatase inhibitors that will lower your estrogen levels but then they have their own shitty side effects. Someone your size would definitely need those and you'd have to deal with all that.

Also test raises total cholesterol and LDL, but im assuming you are already on statins so you'd be good there at least.

My two cents: I'd try to get closer to 300 before getting on. Your test levels are probably pretty low so once you get everything dialed in you would feel better but that could take 6 months to a year to dial in.

My landlord is raising my rent $100 next month. Its still only like $1200 a month. Im secretly hoping for a recession then Im gonna swoop in like hawk with my VA home loan.

I won't miss my chance like I did in 2008!

Same man. I think a housing recession is coming soon, especially out here. They've been putting up way too many new subdivisions and apartment complexes out here and I saw in the news that last month was the first time in years there's been more housing available than people looking to buy or rent.

I'm tired of paying rent man. When I moved into this house in 2015 the rent was $1500, now it's $2100 and my rent is considered cheap in the area for a house this size. Sometimes I think my landlord is actually keeping it cheaper for me and just being nice cause I paid 10 years of his mortgage <lmao>

Mine was $800 12 years ago so I cant complain. My landlord is an old Italian lady who loves my wife so she hardly raised it over the years. It could be close to $2000 right now. But everyone else I know is getting raped by rent. My brother rents a two bedroom apartment in Manteca(about an hour from the bay) for $2400 a month. Crazy.
