Me and Roxie saw a little activities on our walk this morning
When we got to the liquor store where I used to buy my lottery tickets, a car was setting in the street with its flashers on and it sounded like the whole engine was bout to fall apart when it pulled up
It set there for a minute blocking traffic behind it and also our path to cross the street, then it slowly pulled off at about two miles per hour, rattling all over the place
We continued on our walk but when we got to the high school, we saw a police car coming towards us with its lights on, as it got closer I could hear the siren so I looked again and it was slowly following behind a car, trying to pull it over
As they got to the stop lights, I could hear him shouting orders over the speakers and realized it was the same car I had saw earlier, now he was traveling the opposite way back towards us, as they passed us I saw it was the flat tires that were all ripped to shreds that was causing all that racket earlier
The car finally pulled over in front of the high school, still with its flashers on, from its 3 mile an hour chase and just sat there for awhile
Then several cop cars started pulling up and the cops came out and drew their weapons so I slid over behind the giant concrete and brick school sign so I could still be nosy but hopefully not be in the line of fire
Finally, the young dude slowly stumbled out of the drivers side with his hands up, his phone in his hand of course lol, and they cuffed em and stuffed em and started searching the car
He was obviously super fucked up, just traveling in circles through the town with flats tires and a slightly crashed car
I got a quick pick for effect and we continued on our morning journey
