@Stargazer Rex I like the looks of that stadium in the background there, wouldnt be mad if a few shots of that bag boy popped up in my mentions...
Oh dang, what fair is this!?
I love it, love everything about it!
I'll be seeing those very same pigs next Saturday, do me a solid and let me know which one has the Eye Of The Tiger so I can get my bets in early before the odds go through the roof

How much heat does the PWD have with Noel removing her bolt ons?
Hard to hate on medical reasons for the removal![]()
TNA started in 02. MCW was WWF developmental after Doug Gilbert did his infamous shoot in Power Pro.When did the Jarrets launch TNA, maybe this was in response to that
Who owned this promotion?
I had to look that promo up, man that was something. As soon as he brings up Brian's success at ~3:07, Tommy starts sweating lol. What's the back story there? I know about the Lawler trial but that's it, what happened between Doug and Lawler to spark this reaction?TNA started in 02. Thanks @Stargazer Rex I really appreciate you taking the time! I'll definitely be picking up the book and keep pushing forward.@broc5k hopefully this is coherent. Im on like 3 hours of sleep. I think the main thing you should focus on is dropping weight. Im sure you already know this and it's obviously easier said than done but the best thing you can do for your conditioning is to drop about 70 pounds. At 330 or so, there is just nothing you can really do exercise wise to get you in cardiovascular shape that is better than getting down to a healthy weight. Unless you have elite genetics you just are going to be 300 pounds in any decent amount of shape. Of course, keep walking. But if I were you and I was trying to get in shape for a sport I'd 100% take a year and make losing weight my number 1 priority. I understand that it's very hard. Its not as simple as just not eating, you probably have an unhealthy relationship with food that is going to take some real work to fix. But it's imperative that you do, firstly for your health. Being that weight is dangerous.
As far as lifting, you should join a proper gym with a power rack and barbells. There is a book called Starting Strength that I bought my son when he was 12. It focuses on the squat, deadlift, bench press and the overhead press. The reason these lifts are focused on is because they offer the most bang for your buck. They hit the most muscle groups and with a barbell you can progressively overload them safely. The book covers the basics pretty well. Its specifically designed for beginners just starting out. Just ignore the parts where it talks about eating as much as you can to get stronger. You can get very jacked/strong just doing these lifts if you commit to it. They are the only lifts I do and Im pretty strong. Just add some curls and upper back work and you can get pretty jacked. This is me yesterday at my son's graduation. I got up to around a 600 deadlift, a low 500 squat, benched 470 and strict pressed 275. Nothing fancy with my training, just doing the same lifts every strong guy has done for decades. My legs aren't that skinny! Its just the angle lmao. Even my calves are 18 inches.

The gear you have you'll outgrow pretty quick. But with a barbell and plates you never will.
Once you drop some weight I'd just jump into boxing. The best way to get conditioned for a sport is to do that sport. Its called sports specific training and it applies to every sport. For boxing running is great but at your weight you'd probably do more harm than good. Running is tough on the body. Im going to start BJJ soon and im not doing anything special as far as conditioning. Im just going to jump into it and get in BJJ shape doing BJJ. Yeah, im going to be sucking wind at first but who gives a shit. Eventually I'll get in shape.
Good luck. You can do it.
