The Business needs to get back to this.

Some might say it is!

The highest rated non-overrun match in cable TV history happened on this date in 1999 - Patterson and Brisco vs the Mean Street Posse (8.6).

Just got back from the big library rasslin spectacular, it was actually a lot better show than I expected, Dreamy Drew was there and Ref Gil even worked the main event

It was an outdoor show in the parking lot and there was no chairs so I had to mob back home and grab my trusty folding chair real quick, luckily I live literally 3 blocks away

There was maybe 40 people there and it reminded me of a scene in my all time favorite sports movie, A League Of Their Own, where there was no one at all in the stadium and the radio commentator was all "If youre in the area, and you gotta be cause this aint a very powerful radio station, come on down and bring the kids"

Thats pretty much the whole crowd

They start out the show by reading a children's book about Lucha Libre vs Sumo to the kids in attendance, ii hecka felt like a sad old small town roadside attraction and you know my carny ass was legit getting a kick out of that

Thats masked sensation LLama Jack reading the book

We were right next to the freeway and there was gridlock traffic so I know everyone looking over was like what the fuck is going on in that parking lot LoL

See the traffic in the background

They had 5 matches and every one of them was pretty good, people definitely had their working boots on, even for this little tiny show

I plopped down my chair right in the front of the rasslers entrance without realizing it so Im on video all show long, some rassler was all "Show me some respect!" cause I was looking at my phone during his entrance so I gave him the fat lady two thumbs down gif but in real life, oh that chapped his ass good!

Beautiful weather, fun show, got to see some old rasslin pals that I aint seen in awhile, all in all a good time

Junior and his buddy Alex Ace, who is frickin 7 foot tall if he's an inch!

I dont know why he hasnt at least got a tryout at the Performance Center yet but he told me he's been working down Southern California at Rikishi's school, Knox Pro, which is one of the official WWE ID promotions so maybe he'll get a shot soon

Imagine if you hit him with the chicken flap after that thumbs down. Devastating!

Now its time for some coffee and a nice cool shower before the big East Bay Pro spectacular tonight!

Im taking my BBW to her first ever non midget rasslin show, lets see if she enjoys it or I seal my super extra nerdy neckbeard doom with her

I just installed a new shower head this morning and I aint used it yet but it looks quite fancy and intriguing with all these multiple settings and attachments, I am legit excited to get under that bad boy and give it a whirl
