I forget what the newer one looked like but I like this one with the huge main plate, the main plate kinda reminds me of the old SMW title belt and I dig that
 
This show is taking place in Los Angeles and just like the WWF and Wrtestlemania 7, they had to move this show to a new building because of ticket sales, but unlike Wrestlemania 7, MLW had to move to a BIGGER BUILDING, not a smaller one!

The newer one they used over the last year or so is super basic and small. I always loved the massive square one they used before this shitty one and I'm glad they brought it back.

Yea, thats definitely a downgrade, its like a modern day version of those terrible WCW world belts they used in the early 90'sbefore they brought the Big Gold back
Fine for a secondary title, not the main prize, though

AAA is fun for its action packed train wreck huge spectacle shows but CMLL is a legit top promotion that you can follow and get emotionally invested in week to week
