Don’t know how you guys got so into that Crumbl gimmick.

Didn’t think they were all that good.

This talk of sugar had me thinking about walking down to the corner store and spending 40 bucks on like 3 things(ugh) just to settle my cravings so I threw a couple of my chocolate flavor diabetic shakes in the freezer so I can enjoy a nice ice cream sundae with unsalted almonds and bananas when we get home from our evening walk
Its still not perfect but its better

But, yeah, I need to stop talking about it because it's Friday night and I may break and go down and get a half dozen Boston creams! We have to be strong, dawg!

My cholesterol was high so I'm finally cleaning up the diet. No more super heavyweight for me, Lake. I'm down I'm the mid 230s now, going to get down to 225 or so. When I stopped drinking 4 years ago I started getting a craving for sweets all of sudden. Even though with working out a ton and keeping a decent body fat percentage(18%) I would eat a stupid amount of sweets. It was weird, I never craved sweets before until I stopped drinking. But it's messing up my total cholesterol and LDL now so it's time to stop. it's not so bad. The cravings went away after a couple weeks.
That's great that you're turning it around Rex! I almost hit 400 last year and I'm only 5'10", ended up with a herniated disk in my back, all bad. Turned it around though, walking almost 5 miles a day now and most of the time I'm pulling my daughter in a wagon while doing it. I'm down to 353 as of three weeks ago, getting my bloodwork done tomorrow and checking in with the doc next week so I'm hoping it's even better now. Looking less like Blue Meanie and more like Otis now 🤣 Now that my back is getting treated properly, I'm going to starting hitting the gym and pool at my local YMCA. Gotta keep up with these youngin's, right?

That's great. Keep it up. Walking is really good for you. Bunch of benefits. I try to get 2 hours of inclined walking in a week. Some people think they need to run but walking is just as good if not better especially if you are heavy. Running is hard on the knees and lower back especially if you are very heavy.

I was 7/8 hot that scene wasn't in the James Brown biopic. It was disrespectful to me, to you and to THIS WREST-AH-LING AH-BUSINESS!

@broc5k for full transparency I wasn't a real super heavyweight that was just an inside joke between me and Lake lol. I'm only down about 12 pounds. I hovered around 248.
