Want to hear a fun Patriot carny wrestling story Sara?

The Patriot (real name Del Wilkes) retired right after his big WWF run in 1998 due to injury. Tom Brandi/Salvatore Sincere who you might run into in your viewings from that era stole the gimmick a few years later and has ran it on the indies from time to time ever since (Brandi does several gimmicks on the indies).

Tom Brandi claims he bought the rights to the Patriot from Del Wilkes, Del Wilkes said it's bullshit and hasn't spoken to Tom Brandi since the 90's.

I don't watch WWE now but it feels like he doesn't watch the product and feels like the rock thinks he can coast off his natural talent. Obviously he has a tremendous amount of that but it only carries so far. Hope it gets better for you guys

I think it will. We got 8 weeks to go till Mania so I can see why they didnt just lay it all out last night, they just had to set the hook. It was a swing and a miss but I'm willing to see what they do from here and where it's going.

I watched the Rock and Cody segment last night on YouTube. I honestly didn't think it was that bad. What do you feel people didn't like about it? I didn't think it was a great segment but I want to see where it goes before I pass judgement on their program.

It was just too long. Rocky repeated himself a lot and it felt like talking just for the sake of talking. I think it could have been done in 5-10 minutes max and been more effective. I enjoyed the overall deal with the devil aesthetic though

It was long. I actually liked the whole demon Rock thing. Let's shoot here. The guy is up to some nefarious shit. It is what it is. Might as well use it in a story. We'll see what happens.

His opponent pushed him after a ref stoppage, probably cost himself some future bookings after that.
 
Watched the (in)famous match that gave us the "Muta Scale". Muta vs Hase. A vampires wet dream.
 
Best way to start out a main card……having two guys with no gas tanks having a 00s style bum fight.
 
Should watch UFC more, let’s me appreciate the promos that we call bad in OUR business.
