I like these songs that I learned about recently that are apparently drum & bass. If I was 20 years younger I could see myself high off the dope and grinding on some hotties to this in a warehouse.

I like the second one, the DnB beats back then were always the closest to hip hop thats why I gravitated to them, especially with the DJ's live scratching voice samples in them

I still remember the dopest set I ever heard, it was at a New Years Eve rave on Treasure Island in San Francisco and the DJ kept scratching in Whitney Houston singing "You've given me ecstasy" over this banging ass bare bones drum beat, it was so fucking dope

I actually did search for that song for awhile but I didnt even know the DJ's name so no one knew what the fuck I was talking about

It's true. I'm far from an expert on them but every time I shuffle them it's seriously like "this is the same band?" Such a versatile catalog.

Yeah, they're easily my most listened to band of all time. Their versatility is probably why I'm able to listen to all of their albums over and over and over and never get tired of them.

@My Spot watching '92 WCW on the stream, Masa Chono, wearing the Big Gold as the NWA champion, is teaming with Ron Simmons who is the WCW champion
I never knew the NWA champ rassled in WCW after the split, I knew Rick Rude was the Big Gold Belt champion or some shit but I was surprised to see Chono in there with the strap
That musta been so confusing since they never really explained any of it on tv

Yeah the NWA got the belt back from Flair in the summer of 92 and held a tournament in Japan (where Austin broke Chono's neck with the very same move Owen broke his neck with). WCW had a working agreement with NJPW and Watts had secretly bought the belt from Seiji Sakaguchi who was NWA president at the time (which wasn't known until a year later when the NWA sued WCW). Which is why WCW kept the physical belt but renamed it to the fictional "WCW International" committee world title.
