I didn't see anything!

Edited. I'm usually better than that.
@RollSonnenRoll I strongly recommend you move Godzilla Minus One to the top of your queue post-haste, I watched it last night and it is FRICKING AMAZING!!!!! WOW!!!!
Its a dang shame that we dont get monster movies like this in America no more cause it was such an amazing high quality piece of film, wow, wow, wow!
There was so much heart, so much soul, so much emotion, so many layers of depth yet at the same time all so very simple
I was blown away!
I loved it so much that as soon as it finished I switched it over to the special black and white version and watched that also!
I didnt know it took place back in WW2 and you know how much I love that old timey movie vibe and they recreated it perfectly!
I did not care for the last 30 seconds so it only gets 6.9 Thumbs Up Outta 7 but seriously, dude, go watch this frickin movie asap!
Yeah, it was tremendous. I'm glad I took my son when they brought it back in theaters at the end of last year. Probably one of the best Godzilla movies ever made. They got back to what works and made the story about the people. I'm a Godzilla mark so I still like the recent American ones but they drifted to making the story more about Godzilla and the titans. Which is neat, I can still dig it but the story works better as a story of humanity. That is if you actually want to tell a riveting story and be creative instead of just "derp big scary monsters fight". Godzilla has a huge amount of symbolism behind it which can be used by someone who knows what they are doing to make a great piece of business.
Was it English dubbed in theaters or did you have to read words like it was the 1800's?
@RollSonnenRoll @Stargazer Rex thats one thing I forgot to mention, you guys all know my policy of if its a big giant action movie then I really hope I can watch it on the big giant action screen to get the full effect of the sights and the chaos of the big giant action but when I was watching Godzilla last night I legit thought "man, this movie has so much depth and layers of emotion to it that I dont even care that Im watching it at home, I dont feel like I'm missing out on anything"
Thats how dang good it is
Although every time they played the classic old timey monster movie organ I kept waiting for this song to kick in and thats a shoot LoL
Sean Ross Sapp has been having a meltdown all day because some other dirtsheet writer reported something similar, but used a different source. According to SRS if you report on something similar to him, but you got the news from a different source, you still have to credit Sean Ross Sapp.
The state of these damn dirtsheets. Dirtsheets used to at least be kind of fun to read their bullshit and then laugh at them, but they're really sad now days.
I'm definitely glad I dragged my hermit ass to the theater to see it, but I can see what you are saying. I got teary eyed a few times. And every time Godzilla was no where to be seen on the big screen. Thats story telling! That's art! Could AEW do that?!
I would have liked to see it on the big screen now that I know how great it is but I definitely wasnt gonna take a trip to go read some shit like Im checking out the newspaper at the library just to save a quarter
The English dubbing was really well done, it wasnt a quick cheapo job, it seems like they did a great job conveying the spirit and emotions of the scene with their line reads
One thing that was weird to me though
When all his friends started verbally attacking him for not marrying that broad when they thought she was dead, it was a bit too aggressive for no reason, it made me wonder if they changed the words for that scene or if it was just a different culture thing that seemed weird to us cool laid back Americans
I know he did, thats why Im so angry with him for leaving before I could share this special moment!!
Does anyone have contact with him outside of here, did he just leave or is he legit dead, most likely from his terrible eating habits
I just looked at NXT tickets for next week and was shocked how expensive they are. I'm going to Raw with my cousins on Monday but they're the most casual of the casual fans so NXT is too "indy" for themSo basically I'd have to buy the tickets and they'd just come along. Cheapest one for 3 together on Ticketmaster were $100 each plus fees and then parking. I genuinely thought they'd be about $50 apiece max. A near $400 evening when I'm not even guaranteed to see my Nikkita and have an instant connection where we no doubt fall in love immediately is a tough pill to swallow

They said we were close to where we were for Bad Blood cause they liked those seats so much. Hard camera side about 30 rows up in the corner. They got them, not meWhere are you setting for Raw?
