What's up big homie... Took a few days off from lifting. ... Been getting 260 lbs fairly easy after working out. Going to go try a 275 lbs bench tomorrow.
Remember to hit your upper back hard to keep your shoulders healthy from benching. I've been down that road and it sucks. For a big bench your back should be just as if not bigger than your front.
