I think you would dig the CNN center a lot. It’s this giant mall type area of food courts and little shops that’s connected to State Farm arena. So before every event it is jam packed with the thousands attending the event. The buzz is in the air and everyone is excited for the show. It’s a really cool atmosphere

They used to have these giant hockey masks hanging all over the place to celebrate the Thrashers inaugural season. They were all the other NHL teams and then other Atlanta teams and landmarks. When the Thrashers came here WCW was still in business so there was a WCW logo mask hanging up. It stayed there all the way until the Thrahsers left. I used to always go by it and pay my respects

That area is a lot of fun for big events. I saw the Jon Jones vs. Rashad Evans there back in 2012 and they set up a big ass UFC fan fest outside and it was basically a big ass party with fighter meet and greets, food, bars, shops etc. Great time.

They became the new Winnipeg Jets.

Basically Winnipeg stole the Thrashers after Arizona stole the original Jets and turned them into the Coyotes.......and now the Coyotes just got stolen by Salt Lake City and became the Utah Hockey Club.

Damn Canadians and Mormons. Can't trust em.
