Why'd they move the Daytona 400 from Fourth of July weekend to now?

So it sells out when they go back

Rumor for a while was the city of Daytona actually requested it because they didn't need an attraction in the city to pack it out with tourists on 4th of July or Labor Day so they moved it to a random week to get the tourist dollars on that one
