Svengoolie played a movie called The Mad Magician last night, it was all about deception, deceit and murder in the 1800's carny world of stage magicians, you better believe that struck all the right cords with me!

Best part was when the magician told his assistant "Ok, this next truck is our high spot"

Oh boy, did I enjoy hearing high spot being used correctly, as in the high part of the show to get a big pop from the crowd, and not the way you people have bastardized it to refer to every single time someone jumps off the ropes

I really enjoyed that movie

I would've liked to go to The World's Largest Cocktail Party back when that existed, now it's all PC and they prolly don't even drink there!

With Vincent Prince? I remember the local TV here tried to make a big deal out of reviving 3D for a bout 2 months back in the 80s. The Mad Magician in 3D on WPIX 11 was the first one they did.
