The weld didnt hold on my stupid bench press gimmick and it snapped again so I increased all my other weight lifting deals by added more weight and more reps to over compensate for that failure and holy freaking moley am I feeling it today, just got done with my 2nd workout of the day and my striations is on fire right now!
