Was lifting weights right now and the left arm on the chest press gimmick of my Weider Pro 4950 snapped right the fudge off!
Now Im screwed, I can still do all the other exercises but the chest press is the money move, its where you get the endorphins from and makes you feel like a freaking He-Man when youre done!
It's the only one I look forward to
Completed everything else this morning and now i'm just setting here feeling so unfulfilled without that chest muscle tension
Oh, this such a bummer, why I gotta be putting up so many plates!
