@moonwolf they had a new flavor of popsicles at the store today, I usually get the cherry pineapple Monster Pops but I never seen these root beer float gimmicks before so I had to snatch em up soon as I spotted em, I am eager to give one a try later on tonight!
Its gonna be so refreshing after our evening walk in this warm weather, mmm mmm!

Today at DC's wrestling camp I was waiting for my kid to use the bathroom so we could leave and a bigger wrestler came up to me and started talking about lifting. I like talking to the kids about lifting. Makes me feel good that kids are still into self improvement. He asked me how much I benched. Told him I hit 470 last year and then strained my pec and it healed weird, I'm trying to get back into benching now. He was impressed. He said he hit 315 and I told him thats good. He was a pretty cool kid, he even knew the bench wasn't the best thing to be doing for sports but he liked it. I agreed. Told him he should probaly be overhead pressing more but I have my son benching right now too because he likes it.

And I knew it was coming, the teenagers are always so upfront about it. He asked if I was running any gear. Told him I was "all natty not even vaxxed". He said, "not even a little test" he didn't believe it, "you capping, you capping" <lmao>


My wife was standing there the whole time, she always gets a kick out of these exchanges since Ol Rex has been out and about in the world again.

Mans just trying to rewrite history......Bret smelled a rat (not sunny) went to Earl, asked him if he knew anything about a double cross, he said he didn't and said he'd quit if asked......plus Vince doesn't agent matches lol......Patt came up with the finish because he agents all of Bret's matches.

I'm watching Who Killed WCW, and The Rock is on it, and he tells this story where he says that he was in the opening matches, and when his match was over, he'd be back at the hotel room, watching Nitro, seeing what they were doing differently, and seeing how WWE could improve.

The problem is, after his recent comments about In & Out Burger, and fighting in Pride, and all the other stuff, I couldn't help but think "Yeah, but did you though?"
