Pork tenderloin is also pretty close in calories and fat, protein is just a little less.Yeah lol. Chicken is the undisputed GOAT protein and it aint even close
As you know I’m also a card carrying member of the cult of cottage cheese. It ‘s basically nothing but protein and goes in anything! I made an alfredo sauce tonight that was just cottage cheese, clove of garlic and a splash of milk. Was delicious
